Doug and Nancy Winter spoke to our group this week. Nancy explained what you should look for in employees when hiring. She talked about the importance of finding someone who is different than you with different strengths and interests.
Doug talked to the group about farming and how important the industry is in our community. He also explained why you should get involved in organizations inside and outside of your own hometown. Doug has traveled all over the world with the Soybean association and has made connections everywhere.
