Tracy Orr

A Crossville native, Tracy graduated from Carmi-White County High School in 2003. She has an Associate’s Degree in business from Wabash Valley College. Tracy opened Picture Perfect Photography in 2002 as a high school junior and has continued to grow her business.  She also teaches vocational classes at Carmi-White County High School and is passionate about preparing students for the work force.

Tracy lives in Crossville with her husband, Brian, and daughters Eleanor and Matilda. She is a member of Emmanuel United Methodist Church in Carmi where she stays active.  She is also active in the Carmi League of Arts and loves playing taxi cab to get her girls where they need to go.

Tracy has been the White County CEO facilitator since 2016.  “Programs like CEO are vital to the growth and sustainablity of our community.  It has been such a blessing in my life to faciliate such an important part of our students' futures.  I can't wait to watch the fruit CEO is producing"   stated Orr.
