CEO spent the morning at the Oak Street clinic with speech pathologist Jenny Blankenberger and new owner Sandra Bryant.
Jenny explained what she does as a speech therapist. She encouraged the kids to build relationships with their customers or patients. “It’s not ‘what can I give you’, it should be ‘how can I help you.’”
Sandra walked the students through the SWOT analysis and taught them the importance of looking at the big picture in life. She showed the students by challenging them to balance a feather on their finger. When they focus on their finger it’s difficult to balance, but when they look at the eye of the feather, the big picture, balancing becomes much easier.
